Unlock the power of your nervous system and learn what it wants you to know. You will discover:
The role of the vagus nerve and why it’s so damn important
What being dysregulated looks and feels - for you.
How to map your unique nervous system responses
Why listening to your body is key in unlocking its power
About Lidia Bonilla: Of Cuban and Dominican descent, Lidia Bonilla has a degree in finance from Hofstra University. A student of personal development of over 20 years, Lidia has an insatiable intellectual curiosity for personal transformation. When she started writing her memoir, she became a student of nervous system regulation to understand her body’s reactions to her most traumatic memories. She has a certificate in polyvagal informed practice from Deb Dana.
She supports recovering high achievers and high performers through her coaching practice committed to personal and collective liberation. She speaks throughout the country on healing from burnout and how to liberate your body through nervous system regulation.
She is a member of the Center for Fiction’s Writers Studio and is a VONA fellow. She was a finalist for the 2024 PEN America Emerging Voices Workshop. She is working on a memoir about her journey with centering and de-centering men.
