{Virtual} Wednesday, January 14: Reclaiming Inner Freedom: Nervous System Healing for Mind, Body & Soul with KerryAnne Kelley

This 45-minute masterclass is designed for mission-aligned organizations (like Diversability) seeking to empower people with disabilities through trauma-informed tools that create sustainable, embodied change.
Join us for a 45-minute immersive workshop designed to empower people with disabilities through the healing power of the nervous system. Guided by KerryAnne Kelley, this transformative experience weaves together breathwork, sound healing, visualizations, NLP, and somatic coaching to create sustainable shifts in the mind, body, and soul. Through gentle yet powerful techniques, you’ll release subconscious patterns, cultivate inner freedom, and access deeper levels of support within your body and your life. This space is crafted to honor your unique experience while offering grounded, accessible tools for ongoing self-regulation, empowerment, and healing. No experience necessary—just come as you are.
KerryAnne Kelley is a trauma-informed guide, ceremonial facilitator, and professional speaker devoted to transformational healing through Earth-based medicine, somatic integration, and sacred ritual. A former NFL cheerleader turned healer, KerryAnne bridges the worlds of high-performance leadership and deep ancestral healing. Her work is informed not just by training, but by life—raised by two disabled parents, she carries lived experience in resilience, empathy, and navigating complexity with grace. Today, she supports clients through trauma release, spiritual awakening, and body-based remembrance, offering grounded containers that honor both the nervous system and the soul. Known for her presence, precision, and emotional depth, KerryAnne weaves the sacred and the strategic, helping others reclaim their truth without bypassing their humanity. Whether in private sessions, ceremony, or on stage, she invites people into radical honesty, embodied power, and deep relationship with the sacred. Her work is not performance—it’s devotion.
